In its development the library has a commitment to increase its role by meeting both the needs of the collection and the infrastructure and by providing a maximum outplacement of services.

Libraries provide a type of service to users, which is:

1. Library lending services are given to those who have member CARDS. Those who do not have a member card are only allowed to read in the reading room.
2. These service information retrieval is provided to uad from both inside and out users equipped with information tracking programs quickly and using any catalog on line (digilib.uad.ac.id).
3. This service reference is provided using a collection of references that include scientific/research reports, government publishing, encyclopedias, dictionaries, dictionaries, and so forth.

Ahmad dahlan university has 4 (4) mosque located on the campus of 1, 2, 3, 4 and 1 (one) musholla at campus 5. As a muhammadiyah college institution, the uad has a moral commitment to building a stalemate of its academic instability. Among the activities involved in spiritual mental development are the following.

   2. Routine islamic review of academic civitas (monthly) by Lembaga Pengembangan Studi Islam (LPSI)

Ahmad dahlan university provides Internet access through the LAN (computer channel), hotspots of areas in each of the campus units, email accounts, blogs and uad domains. All of UAD students can pay tutuion fees online thorugh Bank such as BRI, BNI convensional and BNI Syariah all of Indonesia area, BPD DIY dan BSM, BUKOPIN, Mini Bank Ar Rahman (inside campus).

At ahmad dahlan university there are many student activities units (ukm) and intra organizations and auxiliary curriculum. In these institutions and organizations students can develop their interests, talents, and abilities both in entrepreneurial or business, academic science, sports and art, and in the ability to preach. Every unit of student activities is provided an office in the complex on students center in Kapas Steet, Semaki, Yogyakarta.

Polyclinic

To serve the health of the entire academy of academia, uad polycolic is provided. These polycolics can serve health every day and working hours. Additionally, a muhammadiyah healthy fund facility that is a healthcare facility that can be used at yogyakarta hospital on K.H.A. Dahlan Yogyakarta. Free medical inspection facilities can also be obtained at uad’s apothecary at Cendana road, Yogyakarta.

Koperasi Mahasiswa (KOPMA)

KOPMA UAD has been in business long enough to have an open store operated on on weekday . Koperasi Mahasiswa (KOPMA) has goals for :

1. Improving the welfare of members through business activities and the development of members into tough professional worker.
2. Contributes to the development and development of the national economy in order to achieve economic democracy.

College students’ academic support programs of a number of conference rooms, laboratories and workshops are found on colleges 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 uad. Such laboratories and workshops are used to stabilize university students (theories, concepts), especially in practical ways. In addition, both students and teachers may use these facilities for experimental research or development theories, talents, engineering, and expertise and professions.
