    1. To empower the community using an integrated-holistic psychological approach at the community level
    2. To provide a “Field laboratory” in order to develop and implement various branches of Psychology which can contribute to social/ community change
    3. To develop corporate social responsibility in order to empower the community
    4. To provide community-based psychological services
